I have just built a windows 10 pro 64bit laptop and installed office 2016 pro via office 365 license for a user in the company.
Exchange server 2013 Version 15.0 (Build 1104.5)
When trying to set up Outlook auto discover finds the account correctly but in the last stage of configuring (Logging on to the mail server) I am getting the following error
The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
I have ran the exchange connectivity tester and everything shows as successful in relation to auto discover.
Run outlook without an e mail account and test connectivity to the exchange server with the users e mail address and password all passes without any problem.
Added the user shell folders into the registry from my machine.
Added the FQDN of the GC into the registry .
Disabled Large Send Offload on the NIC for IPv4 & IPv6
Can ping and tracert to the exchange server from the laptop using server name, internal mail server name and external mail server name without any problems.
Ran diagnostic script on users account on the exchange server and no problems found
Able to log onto the laptop with any other username and password and set up their outlook without any problems.
Anything else that may help resolve this issue
